Our Gift Cards do not have an expiry date. You can use them when you're ready.
SHIPPING
We aim to deliver products in 3 working days. 2 days to process the order and then 1 day shipping time. If your order takes longer than this please bear with us. We're on it!
Only items over 2kg and shipped by Tuffnells Parcel Express will have tracking. You will be assigned a URN when your order has been dispatched. Please use our Shipping Page for more information.
Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays. Items weighing 2kg or less could be delivered then, however we can't guarantee this. Products weighing over 2kg will be delivered on week days by Tuffnells Parcel Express.
