 RETURNS

We offer an industry-leading 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

This Returns & Refund Policy applies only to items that have been successfully delivered. Delivery issues, missing parcels, or items marked as delivered but claimed as not received are handled under our Shipping Policy, not under this Returns & Refund Policy.


How to Return Item(s)

Please email team@yakkastrength.co.uk at least 24 hours prior to returning any item(s).

Unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit during return.

Once returned items are received and inspected for damage, use, or missing components, we will process approved returns within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your original payment method.


Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of delivery

  • Item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging as supplied

  • You must be a first-time customer of the specific item(s)

  • Item(s) must be complete and free from damage not caused during delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.


Return Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom-made products.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Where the issue is confirmed to be a fault, damage in transit, or an error on our part, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact team@yakkastrength.co.uk immediately.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
