Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays may require additional processing time. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier capacity, peak periods, or external circumstances.
Delivery confirmation, tracking scans, GPS data, timestamps, or a “delivered” status provided by the courier may be used as evidence of delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All parcels shipped internationally will be tracked and sent via an Express Service. Delivery times vary depending on your country.
SHIPPING ISSUES OR QUESTIONS
If your order contains multiple items, please be aware that all items are dispatched at the same time but may be delivered in multiple parcels. In some cases, parcels may arrive separately.
Please allow 24 hours from the first delivery before contacting us regarding missing items.
Yakka Strength Ltd is responsible for goods until they are delivered to the customer’s address (or a nominated safe place) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All orders are dispatched using reputable third-party courier services. Where tracking is provided, carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, GPS scans, timestamps, photographs, or “delivered” status shall be treated as prima facie evidence of delivery to the address supplied by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Yakka Strength Ltd is not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful on multiple occasions due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing delivery, the order may be returned to our facility. Any redelivery costs in these circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer, not Yakka Strength Ltd.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received, the customer must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so that a courier investigation can be initiated. During this process, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will only be issued where the investigation confirms loss or misdelivery.
Where carrier records confirm successful delivery to the address provided, this shall constitute fulfilment of our delivery obligation.
