All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.


ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same working day where possible
  • Orders placed after 2pm, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Multiple-item orders may be split into separate parcels
  • Please allow 24 hours after first delivery before contacting us regarding missing items
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


LOST, DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can raise an investigation with the courier.

During investigation:

  • Outcomes are determined using courier tracking data and delivery evidence
  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed until the investigation is complete
  • Where delivery is confirmed to the correct address, the order is considered fulfilled

Delivery confirmation, tracking scans, GPS data, timestamps, photographs, or “delivered” status provided by the courier may be used as evidence of successful delivery.


COURIER RETURNS & FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address details, the parcel may be returned to us.

Any redelivery or reshipping costs in these cases will be the responsibility of the customer.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via tracked express services. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing times. All international parcels are fully tracked where available.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY

Orders are considered fulfilled once courier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout (or nominated safe place).

Yakka Strength Ltd is responsible for goods until delivery is confirmed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
