Welcome to the Yakka Strength July Back Squat Challenge. Taking place from July 15th to 31st the stage is set, but the question is. Are you?

  

What is the format of the challenge?

Max number of Back Squat reps with your bodyweight on the bar in 1 minute.

 

How to Enter?

  1. Follow @YAKKASTRENGTH on any of our social media channels
  2. Post the following and tag us using the #TEAMYAKKASQUATCHALLENGE
  • Picture of the scales showing your weight
  • Video of your attempt showing all reps
  • Tag 3 friends in the post 

 

Rules:

  • Straight bar only (20kg or 15kg)
  • If you don’t have the exact weight on the bar round up to the nearest 1.25kg
  • Squat depth as low as possible (ideally parallel or lower)
  • 1 minute time limit
  • DON’T GIVE IN & SQUAT LIKE A MOTHERF****
