What is the format of the challenge?
Max number of Deadlift reps with your bodyweight on the bar in 2 minutes.

- Picture of the scales showing your weight
- Video of your attempt showing all reps
- Tag 3 friends in the post
- Post it on your story
Rules:
- Straight bar only (20kg or 15kg)
- If you don’t have the exact weight on the bar round up to the nearest 1.25kg
- Reset reps only – No touch and go
- Convention lifts not Sumo
- 2 minute time limit
- DON’T GIVE IN & PULL LIKE A MOTHERF****
