They are equipped with hard chrome steel inserts to ensure a stable hold and a 50.6mm collar opening to cater for Olympic barbells. The stringent weight tolerance of 0.5% will give you the accuracy needed when performing your most desirable lifts rep after rep. Our Narrow Olympic Plates have a durometer reading of 93 to ensure a dead bounce when dropped from an overhead position.
