INGREDIENTS

Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Cocoa Powder (Chocolate Flavour only), Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Beta Carotene (Vanilla Custard Flavour only), Sweetener (Sucralose).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Mix one scoop (30g) with 200-250ml of chilled water to your preferred flavour requirement.
2. Stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Once mixed consume immediately. We recommend 2-3 daily servings between scheduled meals before and post workout. Scoop provided for guidance only.
