Our flagship 20KG Pitman Bar is a multipurpose barbell that will serve your every need. With 4 needle bearings and composite bushings per sleeve, it will give you spin and stability for all of your compound exercises and Olympic lifts. The Cerakote finish is highly anti-corrosive (the same finish used on military-grade weapons) and it will combat the humid conditions of the British Climate. The Pitman Bar comes in two colourways and sleeve options.

KEY FEATURES

205,000 PSI TENSILE STRENGTH

Research has suggested that a tensile strength between 190k – 220k is optimal. Therefore, the Pitman Bar offers a good whip for Olympic lifts but enough stiffness for powerlifting.

CERAKOTE SHAFT

Ceramic composite coatings enhance the bars resistance to corrosion and scratch resistance while offering a matte finish that looks athletically pleasing.

OXIDATION RATE

Oxidation of a barbell depends on the type of steel and the coating finish used. Properties on the lower end of the scale will require more maintenance to preserve their appearance and longevity compared to those at the upper end of the spectrum.
